In the last few years, I have been working around the idea of quantity, in relation to the representation and production of the horizontality of today's information. Information keeps growing and bombards us daily from everywhere we turn, yet culture has become increasingly hidden under all this useless information.
In my latest works, which are installation objects that involve sculpting with found materials, painting and photography, I try to make some sense of all this, by creating something that would invite the viewer to reflect about what we are and where we are going. In order to leave the thinking process about the production of these objects open (which often tends to include my personal memories), I devised a way of titling the works that is as impersonal as possible.
